AI for market research that talks to real people
Most AI for market research summarises data you already have. This runs the fieldwork. Hundreds of one-on-one interviews with real customers, by voice or text, in 18 languages, with ranked findings and the quotes behind them in hours rather than weeks. Free to start, $99 a month when you need more.
Try a study nowReal respondents, not a model imagining them
A growing number of tools will generate the respondents too — a model predicting what a shopper like this would probably say. That is not fieldwork. Every interview here is a real person having a real conversation, and you can read what they said.
- 1.1
Your own customers, or an audience recruited for the study
- 1.2
The AI asks your question and follows up when an answer is thin
- 1.3
Voice or text, chosen by the respondent, in their own language
- 1.4
Every theme opens onto the passages that produced it
Fieldwork that fits inside the decision
Commissioned qualitative takes four to eight weeks, which is why it is usually bought once a year and why the answer so often arrives after the decision. Interviews here run in parallel, so the question you have on Monday is answered this week.
- 2.1
Hundreds of interviews at the same time instead of a scheduled queue
- 2.2
Findings the same day, in time to change what you were going to do
- 2.3
Run the same study again next quarter without renegotiating a scope
- 2.4
18 languages at once, so a market is not dropped on cost
The questions a number cannot answer
Tracking tells you the line is down nine per cent. It does not tell you that the new cap looks like the own-brand one, or that the delivery slot people wanted was never offered. That is the part this does.
- 3.1
Why a product sells in one market and stalls in the next
- 3.2
What people say about a launch, in their words, within days of it
- 3.3
Which objection actually stops the second purchase
- 3.4
What your own customers would say if nobody from the brand was listening
When this is the wrong tool
This is qualitative. It will not size a market, measure share or give you a number you can defend to a board — a panel survey does that, and this explains what the survey found. If people need to hold the product, taste it or react to each other in a room, that is still a room with a human in it.
See it before you decide
Talk or type your question and watch it become a study brief and a sample interview. Nothing to install, and no card.
