AI consumer insights, straight from the consumers

An insights team is usually asked on Tuesday for something the business decides on Thursday. 8xResearch interviews hundreds of your consumers at once and returns ranked findings with the quotes behind them, so what you hand over is evidence rather than an informed opinion. Free to start.

An answer in the week it was asked for

The honest reason insights gets overruled is timing: the decision will not wait for fieldwork, so it is made on instinct and the research validates it afterwards. Running the interviews in parallel takes that excuse away.

  • 1.1

Hundreds of interviews running at once rather than one after another

  • 1.2

Themes ranked by weight of evidence, not by order of discovery

  • 1.3

What the study could not settle is named, so nobody over-reads it

  • 1.4

Each finding opens onto the quotes behind it, ready to put in the deck

Always listening, not once a quarter

Consumer behaviour does not move on your research calendar. A study here can run continuously, started by something a customer just did, so what you know is current when somebody asks.

  • 2.1

Studies that start on a signal: a cancelled subscription, a return, a customer who stopped coming back

  • 2.2

Continuous tracking of why, alongside whatever tracks how many

  • 2.3

New markets and languages added without a new agency quote

  • 2.4

Read from Claude, ChatGPT or your own tools over MCP

Something a stakeholder cannot wave away

The hardest part of this job is not finding the insight. It is being believed by someone who already has a view. Every claim here is one click from the people who said it.

  • 3.1

Verbatims attached to every theme, quotable as they stand

  • 3.2

The count behind a finding, so one loud voice does not become a trend

  • 3.3

Participants consent before anything is recorded

  • 3.4

Exportable evidence, rather than a summary nobody can check

When this is the wrong tool

It will not tell you how many, or what share you hold. Use a tracker or a panel survey for that. It is not a repository for the studies you already have, and it does not replace a human moderator when the subject is sensitive enough to need one.

See it before you decide

Talk or type your question and watch it become a study brief and a sample interview. Nothing to install, and no card.
