A UX research platform that scales the interview, not the survey
Most platforms scale research by turning it into a questionnaire. 8xResearch scales the conversation: an AI moderator runs hundreds of one-on-one interviews in parallel, follows up where an answer is thin, and returns themes with the passages behind them. Free to start.
Try a study nowDepth you would recognise, at a count you could not reach
A moderator that asks the next question based on the last answer, rather than reading a script, in as many interviews at once as the study needs. The transcript of any one of them should read like research you would have run.
- 1.1
Follow-ups chosen per answer, not a branching questionnaire
- 1.2
Hundreds of parallel interviews across markets and languages
- 1.3
Voice or text, chosen by the participant
- 1.4
Every theme opens onto the passages that produced it
What it does not pretend to do
Scale changes what a study can cover; it does not change what qualitative evidence is. The platform states what the research did not settle rather than rounding it off, because a finding presented with more confidence than it earned is worse than no finding.
- 2.1
Uncertainty named in the output, not smoothed away
- 2.2
Themes ranked by weight of evidence, with the evidence attached
- 2.3
No claim to representativeness — that is a survey's job
Where the researcher still decides
The machine runs interviews and proposes structure. Which findings matter for the decision in front of the team, and what should be done about them, remains a person's judgement — which is why the evidence is one click from every claim.
- 3.1
You set the question, the audience and what counts as covered
- 3.2
Readable from Claude, ChatGPT or an IDE over MCP
- 3.3
Studies can run continuously, triggered by product behaviour
When this is the wrong tool
It will not watch someone use an interface — that is usability testing, and a different instrument. It does not replace a research repository for work already done elsewhere. And on studies where a named human must moderate, for ethics approval or because the subject demands it, an AI moderator cannot stand in.
See it before you decide
Talk or type your question and watch it become a study brief and a sample interview. Nothing to install, and no card.
